Contact us
Need to ask a question before requesting a vehicle quote or used part? Call, email or send the contact form. For the fastest vehicle assessment, the full quotation form is usually best.

Tell us what you need and we’ll point you in the right direction
Some enquiries are simple: “Can you collect a non-runner from my driveway?” Others need more detail: “Do you have a passenger-side headlight for this exact model?” The new website gives each type of enquiry its own route so the team receives the information needed to answer properly.
Speak to the team
If you are calling about a vehicle, have the registration and collection postcode nearby. If you are calling about a part, the vehicle registration or make/model/year can save time.

Which enquiry route should I use?
If you want a price for an unwanted, damaged or end-of-life vehicle, use the dedicated quotation form rather than the general contact box. It asks the important questions in a logical order: registration, postcode, vehicle details, whether it starts, MOT status, keys, V5C, wheels, damage, collection access and your contact information. You can also upload photos. That means the team can review the vehicle before replying instead of sending you another long list of questions.
If you need a used component, use the car parts enquiry. A part that looks right is not always right. Registrations, engine codes, model years and part numbers can all matter. The parts form lets you provide those details and add a photograph of the old component, connector or label. This is particularly useful for lights, mirrors, electrical components, body panels and engine-related parts.
What if the vehicle is stuck somewhere awkward?
Mention it before collection is agreed. Cars in underground parking, narrow rear lanes, soft ground or private car parks may need different recovery arrangements. The same applies if the steering is locked, wheels are missing, tyres are flat or there are no keys. None of these automatically stop an enquiry, but they are important for planning.
Can I just call?
Of course. The telephone number remains 07870 558110. The online forms are there because they make it easier to send accurate details and photos, not because we want to hide behind a website. For a simple question, calling may be quickest. For a complicated vehicle or part, the form gives both sides something written to work from.
What happens to the information I submit?
The site stores enquiries in a protected area so they are not exposed as public web pages. New enquiries are also sent to the business email account configured for this website. The admin backend can be used to review stored form submissions and manage the blog. Personal information should only be kept for as long as it is genuinely needed for the enquiry and any transaction that follows.
Scrapping a vehicle legally
If your question is about paperwork, remember that vehicles being completely scrapped must follow the Authorised Treatment Facility process. A Certificate of Destruction is issued where applicable, and DVLA needs to be notified correctly. Payment for a vehicle bought as scrap cannot be made in cash in England or Wales; it must be by electronic transfer or non-transferable cheque.
If you are unsure whether your vehicle is being treated as scrap or purchased for another purpose, ask before handover. It is better for the status, payment method and paperwork to be clear at the start than corrected later.
